Early morning on 10/15/21 I got an email back saying a press pass was confirmed and ready for me to photograph Isaiah Rashad’s concert at The Van Buren.
Ray Vaughn and Childish Major were the opening acts on this tour. They had an extremely high energy performance to a sold out show the entire night.

The photo policy wasn’t as strict for this particular show so I photographed the first 3 songs in the photo pit for all of them and then was able to take photos from the 2nd level balcony and from the sound booth (booth located middle crowd)
Isaiah Rashad had a short speach at the beginning of his set to which he said “Always chase your dreams no matter what anyone thinks or says about you… No goal or dream is unreachable”. When he said thay the crowd went absolutely wild. It was a moment for sure.

For the duration of the entire show the crowd was singing every song… lyric for lyric. Childish Major signed merch which they then threw into the crowd - Cake was also thrown into the crowd for the birthday’s celebrated that night. Ray Vaughn traded hats with a fan also.
